ok if your video starts from the beginnning during some time of the episode, you may have disconnected from the server whille the video was still buffering, all you can do is try to watch it again after a refresh.
Also, if it says video not found, it is because you are not using the right browser, i have IE, firefox and google chrome and you need firefox. Hope it helps XD
